Industries Served
Specialized electrical services across key industries.
Property managers, HOA boards, facilities teams, and general contractors all work with us differently — but every project delivers the same seamless process, board-ready documentation, and reliable execution.
Who We Work With
Built for the buildings you manage.
We work directly with the people responsible for keeping properties running — no general contractors between us and the decision-maker, no dispatch centers.
Property Management
Multi-building portfolios with continuous service needs. Tenant requests, preventive maintenance, lighting retrofits, panel upgrades, and emergency calls — all routed through your one point of contact. Documentation and invoicing aligned to your accounting cycle.

HOA & Community Associations
Common area lighting, gate and entry systems, clubhouse electrical, and emergency response. Board-ready proposals with capital and operating cost detail — transparent invoicing the board can defend to homeowners.

Classroom lighting controls, structured cabling, security, and ongoing facilities support. Background-checked crews. Work scheduled around the academic calendar — not ours. Comfortable with district procurement and prevailing wage.

Four things that matter when the lights go out
You get a real electrician on the phone
Calls answered during business hours. No call center, no scheduling app, no dispatcher who's never held a wire nut. When you call, someone who knows the East Bay & Tri-Valley area picks up.
One crew from start to finish
Your project stays with a dedicated team throughout execution. Clear site notes, through internal handoffs, and consistent communication mean you never have to re-explain the scope once the job is awarded.
Comprehensive project paperwork
Scope of work, before/after photos, code references. Property managers and HOA boards get paperwork that survives approval meetings — not scribbled invoices.
Fifteen years, one territory
We work the East Bay and Tri-Valley. Danville, San Ramon, Pleasanton, Dublin, Walnut Creek, Livermore. We know the buildings, we know the inspectors, we know the code enforcement in each city.
