Yes. Tenant improvements are a regular part of our commercial work. We coordinate directly with general contractors, property management, and tenants throughout the buildout — including scheduling, scope changes, permit coordination, and punch list resolution.
Leviton Authorized Installer is a manufacturer certification for structured cabling — fiber and copper. It allows H&L to install Leviton's commercial cabling systems with a lifetime warranty backed by the manufacturer, which is the standard that satisfies tenant IT directors.
H&L carries general liability insurance and California workers' compensation insurance for all crew. Current certificates of insurance are available within one business day of request, with your firm named as additional insured when required.
